Antimalware Doctor is one of a mounting number of “bogus antivirus” products that are adding themselves on people’s pcs around the Planet. This is a trojan which is disguised as a professional antivirus application, released onto the World-wide-web to steal people’s sensitive data, and to try and get you to buy the upgraded form of this fake program. This is a very malicious & unreliable virus, which should only be removed by using complete & reliable techniques.

No matter what it has instructed you, no matter how many “viruses” it claims to have found on your PC, and no matter where you got it from – this malware is nothing more than a rogue contamination that’s designed to ruin your computer. It’s completely fake and should not be trusted. What is more, it’s now tracking your every move, to try and get your credit card information from you.

Where Does Antimalware Doctor Come From?

This virus comes from a mixture of sources, together with Trojan Horse infections, other viruses, and malicious websites. The most ordinary way for it to contaminate your computer is for a bogus website to show an image of a typical “My Computer” screen, with all your hard drives and folders on it. That monitor will then show and moving picture of all your hard drives having malware inside, giving it the excuse to download the Antimalware Doctor infection onto your Computer.

The hackers who made this malware created it to try and make money. It loads up on your operating system, and tries to infuriate you so much that you eventually purchase the upgraded version. Please DO NOT buy any upgraded version of this technology, as it will do nothing to help your computer. And on top of that, the hackers will then empty your bank account.

How To Remove Antimalware Doctor

You should be awfully careful when you try and eradicate this malware. It can be like an iceberg – it has a lot more troubles than what you may see on the facade, making it essential that you’re able to remove it in the most effective and dependable way possible. You could try and remove it manually, but if you do that, you won’t get any of the real “roots” of the infection – the code that is stored inside your system that’s designed to steal your data and ruin your PC. To properly remove this infection, you need to use an antispyware program such as “MalwareBytes”. This will scan through your PC and remove the various components that AntiMalware Doctor has. After using this software, you should also look to use a ‘registry cleaner’ to mop up any remaining settings that this infection might have left on your system.

Once you think of computer protection, the foremost thing that comes to your head is most likely the term “viruses” that you heard from some place or the other. Well, what is a virus? It is a harmful self-replicating application that steals information from you and delivers it to an alternative party somewhere else. If your computer is infected with this contamination then you’ll most likely wonder where the spyware came from in the first place. Well it just may be that you installed software that looked harmless but instead contained a deadly spyware code. Most of these viruses have their inactive fixtures and origins on the World Wide Web.

When you surf the internet, these harmful entities secretly get into your system and before you see it, you are a victim of a virus attack and you end up shelling out a fortune for repairs and recovering your records, which again is not definite as the documents themselves may get corrupted and themselves act as new viruses, and cleaning the file is not at all times possible. So you end up losing your data; from time to time, very sensitive data. Every now and then these viruses or Trojan horses collect very sensitive information about your identity and the hacker misuses it. If you have viruses on your system, and you buy anything on the web, the key logger type viruses can capture all your credit card personal information and pass it on to the attacker. With the creation of spyware and other malware applications, you can take few measures to keep your Computer protected in the unsafe World Wide Web.

To begin with, you should constantly at all times utilize the web in the presence of an updated anti spyware application with real time defense. Secondly, you should have a strong firewall program that filters and cleans the ports connecting to your computer.

Nowadays, these 2 features come built into lots of quality Internet security packages. The real time detection component of the application makes sure that your computer system is clean and malware free by stopping any intrusive software that tries to install itself onto your PC. The firewall claims to block all harmful connections that might latch with your computer system to gain access to your sensitive files.

Many times, spyware infections do not get transferred only from the web but also through other varieties of removable storage. These include devices like pen drives, removable hard disks, memory cards etc. If a cell phone is contaminated then even the host computer may get contaminated but at most times this is not the case. The bottom line is that it is better to be safe than regretful. These dangerous programs can cause irreversible damage to your system as well as your life in reality.

Since the the 1990s, when computer users sat through dial-up speeds and heard that voice exclaim “you’ve got mail” when they accessed the world wide web, the internet has converted from a luxury to a necessity.

“Microsoft had just launched a new OS, [Windows 95], that included for the first time [Web browser] Internet Explorer,” Enrique Ruedo-Sabater, Cisco’s senior director of strategy and economics in emerging markets, said about development in the ’90s that contributed to the internet’s growth. “By the end of that year, there were 16 million Internet users worldwide and today, we are about 2 billion.”

From a recent study performed by Cisco and the Monitor Group’s Global Business network, within the next 15 years the number of people with access to the internet is expected to increase dramatically and reach around 5 billion users by 2025. Internet users, by that time, are estimated to be exceeding $3 trillion in their market value. Those people who may not have presently heard of Google or Facebook may now be using them on a daily basis.

Expected improvements that this forecast has been based upon was both from the developments of major businesses and government entities. It is expected that these entities will work on expanding connectivity into these untapped markets. Fifteen years of internet innovations can be leveraged by new users and are expected to significantly reduce the learning curve of anyone new using the web. This is compared to to earlier users of the internet, when it was in its growing phases and not as “refined.”

With increased connectivity will be more options. Within the same 15 years, you will see a change in the pricing and an increase in the various forms of connectivity that will be available based on the needs of people. As of the present day, the “one-size-fits-all” option is good for most, but this option will become much less normal.

Web applications, security and solutions will be increasing into these untapped markets as well, according to the study.

“[These scenarios] can help corporate strategists develop resilient, nimble business models and policy makers to ensure they create a hospitable institutional environment and avoid pitfalls,” he said. “By exploring and rehearsing divergent and plausible futures for the Internet, not only can leaders prepare for any future, they can also help shape it.”

The announcement is indicative of the evolutionary nature of the internet. As the internet has already displayed such dramatic changes over the past decade, and is slated to see even more enhancements over the next 15 years, computer users will need to inquire with experts in security and internet connectivity to make sure they keep up with the technology that will be arriving to their homes.

Social networking sites have become the norm for many internet users. Facebook, the most popular, has more than 500 million registered users. Twitter has recently exceeded the milestone of 200 million registered users, and even the relatively young Foursquare has reached 3 million registered accounts.

The ages of social networking users are becoming diverse as well. A recent study by the Pew Internet and American Life Project found the number of internet users between the ages of 50 and 64 that are registered with a social networking site increased from 25 percent in April 2009 to 47 percent this year. Likewise, 25 percent of users ages 65 and up have registered with Facebook or a different social network, up from 13 percent last year. Also considering the vast worldwide networks of other sites, such as LinkedIn and MySpace, the internet world is beginning to focus around social media sites

However, just as any other popular online program, system or device draws more attention from cyber criminals based on its growing popularity, social networking users face a number of privacy and malware threats. These scams become a success for criminals on social networking sites because each infiltrated account is connected to other accounts. Many successful social networking scams compromise an account and send out messages that are spam, that spread the malicious software to other users connected to the original malware infected account. Just as social networking sites link millions of friends over the internet, they also connect cyber criminals to millions of potential targets.

Social networking sites have the potential to become dangerous when malware attacks decipher a particular user’s account password. Cyber criminals do know that some users assign the same password for each one of their online accounts, to provide a method that is easy to remember the password for every important account. As a result, hackers design keylogging viruses that, when launched through social media or some other method such as email, can record login data. Once cyber criminals have obtained some user’s social networking login and passwords, they may have stolen the exact password that could lead to identity theft through that same user’s online banking or credit card websites.

Another increasingly common threat is phishing campaigns which target social media account information. Hackers develop phishing campaigns to send out fake messages to users claiming affiliation with a familiar organization that often requests that the recipient provides information pertaining to an account. The same exact technique can be used for social networking. For example, a recent phishing scam claimed to offer Facebook users a “dislike” button for their accounts providing they give personal information. The phishing attack was successful, as the website reported more than 5,000 responses from registered users.

To further protect against the inherent threats of social networking, security experts hope that users take time to educate themselves and install a protective antimalware software so they do not need to worry about malicious attacks while on social networking sites. As long as users understand the techniques of cyber criminals looking to target this popular internet attraction, and have the proper security measures installed on their computer, social networking can be a fantastic and exciting way to safely connect with friends.

Everyone today has or needs a laptop. All the latest laptops come with Windows 7. And in this operating system, things have been changed slightly. Simple things like connecting to a wireless network windows 7 have been made more intuitive and easy to use. However, for someone not used to it or used to the older versions, this may take some time.

The first thing to do is to ensure that the wireless network itself is up and running. If you have another laptop that can use used to verify this. Alternately, you can connect the WiFi dongle that you get with the wireless routers to the desktops and test the wireless network.

Once you are certain that the home wireless network is alive, you can now look at your Windows 7 laptop. Along the taskbar at the bottom right corner you should see a dull set of bars with a yellow star on it. This is the Windows 7 indication that the laptop has scanned and found some wireless networks to which it can connect.

Click on the icon and a small dialog will scroll up. This will have a list of all the wireless networks that the laptop can sense in the neighbourhood. Depending on the network and your login credentials, you can connect to these networks. Make sure that your wireless network has an SSID configured, otherwise it will not get listed here.

As you scroll through the list of available networks you will observe that all the networks are listed in decreasing value of the signal strength. The home network should figure among the top networks, as its signal will generally be stronger than the rest. The proximity of the router means a stronger wireless signal.

Once you have located your home network click on it. You should get a small information bar just below the network name with the connect button. Click on it to connect to the network. There is a small check box on the left named Connect Automatically. If you check it, the laptop will automatically connect to this network on when it is started.

To finish your connection, you may need to enter a passcode. This depends on how was your wireless network setup in the first place. It if was secured network, you need to provide the passcode for connection. The only other problem that you could face is if the router is running an older firmware. This can be tested by trying to connect a laptop with older Windows version. If that works and the Windows 7 does not, then it must be a firmware problem.

How Does A Laser Printer Work?

The operation of an ink-jet printer seems to fairly obvious to most people: it squirts tiny jets of ink at the paper, but laser printers seem altogether more mysterious. The toner is a powder: how does that get transferred to writing on a piece of paper? The fundamental to understanding the operation of a laser printer is to understand static electricity.

First let us review the key elements of the laser printer. There is a rotating cylinder, or drum, a laser unit, a hopper containing toner, and some rollers which are known as the fuser. Associated with the drum are two further elements: a corona wire, which can charge the drum with static electricity, and a discharge lamp, which can remove the electricity from the drum.

Now, the basic principle behind the printer is to use static electricity as a temporary glue, first sticking the toner to the drum, and then sticking the toner to the paper. As most people know static electricity can be used to stick things together (usually temporarily). For example if you rub a balloon on a woolen jumper then the balloon will become charged up with static electricity, and can be stuck to the wall.

In the laser printer the drum or cylinder is a photoreceptor. It is made from a material which can easily be charged up with static electricity, but the electricity will be discharged when it is hit by light photons. When the machine starts printing the drum starts to rotate. As we have seen there is a charge corona wire associated with the drum. This charges the drum surface with static electricity. Usually a positive charge is added.

The drum now has a static charge, and, if it passed the hopper now it would attract the toner, and turn black (presuming the toner is black). This would not really be much use as we don’t want to print a page which is all black: we want to transfer a pattern (eg writing).

If we now remember that the drum is photo-receptive, and the static charge is discharged when it is hit by light, then we can see how the laser can “write” on the drum. As the drum rotates the tiny laser beam shines on its surface, discharging the electricity from certain points. We have now “written” in static electricity on the surface of the drum.

The next step is to transfer toner onto the drum. As the written surface passes by the toner hopper, the toner is transferred to the drum, but it only sticks to the places untouched by the laser. Now the pattern has been written, or printed in toner, onto the drum. The next step is to transfer the pattern to the paper.

Again the principle of static is used to transfer the toner. The paper is charged up with more static electricity (a higher charge) then the drum, so that as the paper comes in contact with the rotating drum, the toner will get transferred to the paper. We now have a pattern of writing on the paper, but is only attached by static electricity. The final step is to make the printing permanent by passing the paper through some heated rollers, which are called the fuser. The toner now melts and fuses with the fibers in the paper. This is the final step, and the slightly warm paper now emerges into the output tray.

I know of a site that is one of the UK’s biggest suppliers of various kinds of printers and printer consumables, with a best selling product being a Samsung A4 colour laser printer, with over 50 million worth of stock available for next day delivery. This includes almost 13 million of ink and toner cartridges.

Duplex colour laser printer can help a busy workplace meet its high printing demands. This piece of equipment allows dual sided printing on a sheet of paper at once. The reason why a lot of offices are installing this in their network isn’t at all surprising. That’s because its contributions are difficult to overlook.

Obviously, such unit comes with a much higher price when compared with other models. Additionally, its larger dimension can take up much space too. All these will make you wonder if it’s worth it to invest in such office equipment or not. The fact is it’s worth the extra bucks you need to shell out. Below are benefits to enjoy when you go for this machine than other models.

The productivity of a person is enhanced. Imagine if a non-duplex printer is installed in a busy office. A person needs to stand by the machine because the paper has to be inserted again into the feeder to work on the back side. A lot of time can be wasted if, for example, a total of 100 back-to-back pages have to be printed.

Office supplies can be conserved. The cost of practically everything these days is rising. That’s why it’s very important to minimize the use and wastage of consumables, including in the workspace. A duplex printer allows you to save on paper supplies as it maximizes the use of a single sheet of paper. Not only it keeps office expenses to a minimum, but it also helps reduce cutting down of trees.

Faster turnout of office documents to be printed. Laser printers are widely used for their printing speeds. Depending on the model, these machines can easily outrun the performance of other types of printer. But a duplex simply enhances that speed. The paper is ejected completely printed each time – both front and back sides!

Considering all these advantages duplex colour laser printer has over other units, it’s definitely a good investment. Office efficiency is improved, supplies are conserved and high print volume demands can be easily met with this equipment around.

I know of a site that supplies hundreds of various kinds of duplex colour laser printer, as well as their best selling one, a Samsung colour laser printer, with nearly 60 million of stock all available for delivery on a next day service. This includes almost 13 million of ink and toner cartridges.
